Chef Jai, Is a graduate of LeCorden Bleu College Of Culinary Arts in Tucker, Ga., has been enjoying the world of culinary cooking for the last 20 years. His journey started in the US Army in 1998 as a Food Service Specialist. Chef Jai embarked upon his zeal in life that would be the blueprint foundation to a higher level of culinary service. He possessed a desire for a deeper understanding for the art of cooking which led him on a journey to embody his love, passion and skill, to share with others. His journey began moving him from kitchen to kitchen, concept to concept, molding him, focusing in on a love for food, a taste for diversity and a love for people.These are the unconditional ingredients in each individual dish manifested. Chef Jai has commenced on a vegan journey that is built upon transformation, transition and culinary awareness. Café life is a vibrant fresh concept stationed on using an array of seasonal medleys, fresh ingredients and innovative ideology.
